CAP. L – NAME, PURPOSE, location, duration Art.1 – Charity Association “AND TEOFIL Gioconda” is a legal person nongovernmental, nonpolitical, nonprofit, established to help children unrecognized or abandoned by their parents, poor, sick, orphans. Art.2 — Headquarters charities’ AND TEOFIL Gioconda “is in IASI, SOS. National, no. 184A, bl.A14, ap.20, with the possibility of setting up branches and representative offices in Romania and abroad. The sporadic and limited period, will take place, meetings, roundtables, conferences, pilgrimages and other places in the country and abroad. Art.3 – Charity Association “Gioconda AND TEOFIL” seconstituie unlimited duration. Art.4 – Association Charity Gioconda AND TEOFIL “may be associated with domestic and international associations that have similar goals and objectives. CAP. MM – OBJECT OF ACTIVITY Art.5 – to achieve the intended purpose, the Association of Charity AND TEOFIL Gioconda “will aim to work: a) protection and care of people in need, family reintegration biological b) Legal support and financial support nerecunoascuti children, threatened to ditch the unfavorable circumstances, c) award “scholarships support” students orphaned or abandoned by one or both parents and the gifted, which prove that the conditions were not suitable material, d ) organization of social canteen meal on the premises or at home for assisted e) providing material support for organizing holiday school holidays, pilgrimage home and abroad, f) association with other non-governmental organizations and foundations in the country and abroad, g) printing of publicity materials, h) may hire employees or employees by the decision of the Board which, through their work, support the association.
